Stefan has developed the ability to dive deeply into diverse design issues specific to the particular industry, quickly swap multiple roles and do daily routine tasks while handling pure artistic projects simultaneously.
He has extensive team work history as a Creative Graphic Designer, Art Director and Manager.

Doing particular tasks as an in-house graphic designer helped Stefan build specific professional skills, work discipline and deep understanding of the design production processes. However he has always been open to the newest design practices, design trends, software innovations, etc. He found it worth spending additional time freelancing (remotely through the Internet).

He specialized in logo and brand identity design, book design (especially children’s books and e-books, games and many others). Working remotely for multiple customers helped him develop the ability to self-organize his time to meet strict deadlines, handle client alterations, communicate clearly design ideas and always keep an eye on the production process.

Stefan’s experience as a Motion Graphic Designer at a local TV channel was a new stage of his professional performance. Along with the routine long term engagements (tv branding, creating animations, end pages, etc.), he learned to work live for the News, take responsibilities at the moment, swap content quickly and make improvisations to meet the challenges of the live broadcasts.

Stefan has experience working not only for businesses that spend money for design, but also for those that gain money from design (such as design studios and agencies). This helped him develop his abilities, looking at the client's needs from a different perspective.
